To improve the quality of life throughout Elkhart County by bringing together individual members of our community to:
- Develop priority social needs through consensus

Promote Charitable Giving as a way of Life and a Community Ethic
- Recognize the inherit compassion in all people by giving the community a way to help

Build the endowment
- Fund the Central services budget, so all annual dollars go to provide services.
- Educate the community on the difference between annual and endowment giving
