He co-chairs the Learning Generations Initiative, sits on the advisory committee of the Elkhart Community Foundation, WrapAround Community Team and WrapAround Plan Review Team.

Cheryl Papa, Executive Vice President
Voice Mail Ext: 202Cheryl sits on the Great Race Advisory Committee, the Regional Coalition of Local United Ways, is a member of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce- Small Business recognition council and is a part of the United Way of America brand marketing and strategy advisory group. Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family and is a volunteer at Concord East Eastside through the Grandparent's Reading Program.

Voice Mail Ext: 210Darren is active on the advisory committee for Elkhart County Health Department Maternal & Child Health, works with the Elkhart County Medicine Assistance Program Network, and serves on the board for the Emergency Food and Shelter (FEMA). Darren is also the block captain for the Historic Southside Neighborhood Association.
Becky Goehring, I&R Specialist
Voice Mail Ext: 215Becky joined the United Way 2-1-1 at the end of 2007. Professionally trained as a nurse, Becky comes to the call center with a wealth of information and experiences through her professional and volunteer work. She is a member of TriKappa and the current president of Safe Kids Elkhart County. Becky spends her time volunteering for Drive Rite and is a member of the Maple City Bowl Monday Afternoon Ladies League.
Jessica Koscher, Vice President of Marketing
Voice Mail Ext: 211Jessica is active with the Elkhart County Drug-Free Partnership, Kiwanis, is a member of the Goshen Clay Artist Guild, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Elkhart County Childhood Obesity Initative (Parent Role Chair). She sits on the Indiana Toll Road Community Advisory Board, the Elkhart Community Schools Education Coordinating Council and is a member of the United Way of America Diversity Roundtable.
Kimberly Johnson, Vice President of Regional Training
Voice Mail Ext: 205Kim brings over twenty years of professional community development and program implementation to her position with the United Way. She is experienced in serving diverse populations within inner city, suburban, and rural areas. Kim is certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) by the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration. CVA is the only international professional certification in the field of volunteer resources management. She has served on a variety of boards.
Keith Sarber, I&R Specialist
Voice Mail Ext: 212Keith is the newest member to the United Way 2-1-1 call center. He is a graduate of the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy and a past Optimist of the Year. He also is a former Elkhart County Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year. Keith is the father of three and enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He volunteers at his Crossroads Community Church as a youth sponsor.
Cindi Schnitz, Vice President of Community Outreach
Voice Mail Ext: 213Cindi comes to the United Way after working with both CAPS and Oaklawn. She is a member of TRIAD, Downtown Churches, MEPCO and the Healthy Families Advisory Board. She is a member of the Indiana 2-1-1 Partnership and AIRS. She participates in the Summer Goshen Volleyball league.
Jewel Shoulders, Information and Referral Call Specialist
Voice Mail Ext: 214Jewel has been with United Way 2-1-1 since 2006. As an Information and Referral Specialist she is one of the friendly voices callers hear on the phone when they need help. In 1007, Jewel received her CIRS (Certified Information and Referral Specialist) national certification from AIRS. Jewel spends her time off with her family including her grandchildren.
William Wobio, Vice President of Finance and Building Operations
Voice Mail Ext: 206Bill is a 2003 member of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Academy and a Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteer through the Lunch Buddy Program.
