
Raffle Rules
This drawing is governed by and shall be run consistent with the Indiana Gaming Commission CG-16 Raffle License #120487. Any representations in violation thereof are strictly forbidden.
One new Chevrolet Aveo will be presented to a single winner, courtesy of Tom Naquin Chevrolet-Nissan-Cadillac, Inc.. (The photographs on the front of the raffle card does not necessarily accurately represent the prize that will be awarded.) Gift certificates for worth $1,000 of groceries will be presented to a single winner courtesy of Martin's Super Market. One seven night all inclusive vacation at a Palace Resort including all accommodations, room taxes & gratuities, food and beverage including alcoholic beverages, round trip airport transfers*, one tour, 15% discount on spa treatments, 30% discount on greens fees at selected courses, luggage tags and a Cutter & Buck passport wallet along with an allowance for air fare will be presented to a single winner courtesy of Menno Travel.
Contributors who give $3.25 a week, or a total of $169 or more, may be eligible for the THANKS4GIVING Raffle drawing. Donors are only eligible to win one prize through the 2010 campaign drawing. Persons must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members of the staff and Board of Directors of United Way of Elkhart County and their immediate families are not eligible.
To verify the donation and participate in the drawing, a stub from the eligibility ticket must be completed, including donors name, home address, and telephone number. The eligibility ticket stub must be returned to United Way of Elkhart County by October 31, 2010 at 4:00p.m.
The drawing will be held November 15, 2010, at 8:30a.m, at United Way of Elkhart County, 601 CR 17, Elkhart, IN. You need not be present to win. Proper identification will be required upon presentation of the prizes. The winners, by entering their names, agree that the United Way of Elkhart County may use their names and/or photographs for publicity purposes upon acceptance of the prizes.
No cash equivalent will be provided in lieu of receipt of the prizes.
The winners will be required to pay title transfer costs and applicable taxes related to the transaction, including but not limited to federal and state income taxes. Additional cost for the all-inclusive vacation include fees to obtain a passport.
*Airport transfers are included to and from the Cancun International Airport if staying in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Airport transfers are included only to and from the Cozumel Airport if staying at Cozumel Palace, to and from the Vallarta International Airport if staying at the Vallarta Palace, and to and form the Punta Cana International Airport if staying at the Moon Palace in Punta Cana.
Participation in this drawing may affect the tax deductibility of your gift. You should consult with your tax advisor for more detailed information.
The United Way of Elkhart County is "gifting" you this raffle ticket for your donation of $3.25 or more a week. Estimated value of this raffle ticket is $1. Prize recipients must honor their United Way pledge.
