Building
Your Annual Fund:
You must face it. In a funding economy
like the one that exists, smart organizations utilize annual funds
to support operational costs and support for the entire organization.
Nonprofit organizations cannot effectively exist on grant funds.
Start your annual fund and control your own destiny.
The Fund Raising School presents one
of their core courses for Indiana Nonprofits. Learn how to use the
fundraising strategies that most appeal to your potential donors.
From Soliciting Major Gifts to Effective Coordination of Volunteer
Efforts, create a broad, enduring base of supporters who will take
your nonprofit to its annual funding goal.
Academy
for Nonprofit Excellence
The Academy for Nonprofit
Excellence: Executive Series has graduated more than 150 nonprofit

offered in the Academy for Nonprofit Excellence. Participants may
register for entire Certificate Series or individual sessions. This

The
Fund Raising School
The Fund Raising School is the
only national fund raising education program housed within
a university. We are a part of the Indiana University
Center on Philanthropy, which seeks to increase the understanding
of philanthropy and improve its practice through research,
teaching, and public service.
Our instructors are experienced
fund raising professionals selected because they are dynamic
leaders in their areas of expertise: organizational development,
the annual fund, capital fund raising, planned giving,
donor motivation and other areas. Eighty-five percent
(85%) of the faculty hold a masters, doctorate or
CFRE certificate. They are trained in effective interactive
teaching and learning and are committed to the philosophies
of The Fund Raising School.
