United Way Offers Volunteer Solutions

In partnership with United Way of America and Volunteer Solutions, nonprofit organizations in Elkhart County can now register their volunteer opportunities online. By clicking on the “volunteer” menu option on the United Way of Elkhart County’s website, nonprofit organizations can post opportunities online to immediately begin recruiting volunteers.
Nonprofit agencies that would like some free help in recruiting the perfect volunteer can register their agency and volunteer opportunities in less than 15 minutes. This partnership with Volunteer Solutions allows organizations to gain access to the many people who search the web for volunteer opportunities. Any nonprofit organization is able to register their volunteer opportunities at no cost.
Individuals who are interested in volunteering in Elkhart County can search for opportunities based on their interests, skills and location simply by entering a keyword. They can also register to receive automatic emails that list volunteer opportunities that match their specific profile.
