United Way's expertise ensures that your gift goes where it will do the most good: $ .92 of every dollar helps people who really need help. Only 8% of your contribution is used to process your pledge.

Local people who care about their community volunteer their time to help run the United Way. People just like you, who live and work here, study the needs of Elkhart County, raise the dollars and then decide how those dollars will be best used to make our County the best it can be.
